This plant uses a ring die pellet mill — a step up from flat die technology — which offers higher efficiency, better pellet density, and lower maintenance downtime during extended production runs. The ring die configuration is preferred for commercial operations processing mixed or harder biomass feedstocks.
The 500 kg/hr line is engineered for two-shift operation, allowing you to produce up to 8,000 kg per day with adequate raw material supply.
