Overview
The 300 kg/hr Complete Pellet Plant is designed for entrepreneurs, small agro-processing businesses, and institutions entering the biomass pellet market without heavy capital commitment. It delivers consistent output using locally available biomass such as rice husk, sawdust, or agro-residue.
This plant is fully integrated — raw material enters at one end and finished, bagged pellets leave at the other. Every component is selected to work in unison, reducing operator intervention and ensuring stable throughput during an 8–12 hour production shift.
Installation is straightforward and commissioning typically completes within 7–10 working days from equipment delivery. Operator training is conducted on-site by our technical team.
Best suited for
How it works
Raw Material Feeding
Biomass is fed into the hammer mill for size reduction to the required particle size before pelletisation.
Drying
Material passes through the rotary drum dryer to bring moisture content down to 10–12% for optimal pellet quality.
Pelletisation
Dried material enters the flat die pellet mill where it is compressed into dense cylindrical pellets under high pressure.
Cooling & Screening
Hot pellets pass through the counter-flow cooler and vibrating screener to remove fines and reduce temperature.
Packing
Finished pellets are automatically bagged into 25–50 kg bags, weighed, and sealed for dispatch.
